Hodnocení činnosti vybraného sportovního klubu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením činnosti sportovního klubu ŠSK Bílovec se zaměřením na jeho fotbalový oddíl. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav řízení a hospodaření klubu, identifikovat klíčové vnější a vnitřní faktory ovlivňující jeho chod a na základě získaných poznatků navrhnout opatření pro jeho budoucí rozvoj. Teoretická část vymezuje specifika sportovního managementu, marketingu a financování neziskových sportovních organizací v České republice. Praktická část obsahuje podrobnou finanční analýzu hospodaření organizace, kterou doplňují situační analýzy klubu provedené pomocí metod PESTEL a SWOT. Významným přínosem práce je analýza demografických trendů v regionu založená na datech ÚZIS ČR a vlastní dotazníkové šetření realizované mezi hráči klubu a rodiči dětí, které v klubu aktuálně působí. Výsledky práce poukazují na vysokou míru spokojenosti členů, ale zároveň identifikují kritickou hrozbu v podobě predikovaného úbytku dětské populace. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje návrhy a doporučení, která by měla přispět k efektivnímu fungování a dalšímu dlouhodobému rozvoji organizace.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the activities of the ŠSK Bílovec sports club, specifically its football section. The aim of the work is to analyze the current state of the club's management and financial operations, identify key external and internal factors affecting its functioning, and propose measures for its future development based on the findings. The theoretical part defines the specifics of sports management, marketing, and the financing of non-profit sports organizations in the Czech Republic. The practical part includes a detailed financial analysis of the organization's economic performance, complemented by situational analyses of the club conducted using PESTEL and SWOT methods. A significant contribution of the thesis is an analysis of demographic trends in the region based on ÚZIS ČR data and a primary questionnaire survey conducted among players and parents of children currently active in the club. The results indicate a high level of member satisfaction but also identify a critical threat in the form of a predicted decline in the youth population. The final part of the thesis contains proposals and recommendations intended to contribute to the efficient operation and further long-term development of the organization.
