Abstract

Rationalization of management organization according to Quality Standards publisher by Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs in Czech Republic is objektive of this work. Specifically define the basic requirements in standards in social services,analyze the current state of organization, propose measures to remedy deficiencies, and propose next steps. he proposed rationalization of the organization was followed by the logical framework . Rationalization is the establishment of standards of quality management Systém.Quality standards to be implemented in the organization until the end of 2010. Can not assume that the introduction of standards into practice will take place earlier than required by the Ministry.
