Abstract

Annotation of Bachelor Project Mocek J., Inovation of Drilling of Roller Opening. Ostrava: Department of Working and Assembly, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, VŠB- Technical University of Ostrava, 2009, 40s. Bachelor Project, supervisor Mr. Mrkvica, I. This Bachelor Project is dealing with innovation of roller opening that has replaced former way of production through the use of new device. In the indtroduction part there is described characteristic of the machined component and its role in the scope of the assembling unit. Further, there is description of production of roller opening using the older method and subsequently its innovation. There are presented technological procedures, machine parameters, cutting conditions, out of which the time needed for drilling of transit opening is calculated and other parameters connected with production. The final part of the project deals with technical- economical assessment of both production methods. The total price connected with production of the roller is reflected in the price of the instrument, by grinding of its functional parts because of certain durability and on the machinery parts. The main part of the price is created by the time needed to drill the roller opening.
