Abstract

In diploma thesis I dealt with marketing strategy design in a sports agency. I defined the main principles of marketing theory and methodology used to collect data. I also characterized sports agency and its environment that included micro and macro analyses and SWOT analysis. Based on the marketing research and analysis I designed marketing strategy that should strengthen sports agency market position, increase number of customers, increase their satisfaction and improve marketing communication channels.
