| dc.description.abstract | V diplomovej práci som sa zaoberala návrhom marketingovej stratégie športovej agentúry. Vymedzila som hlavné teoretické východiská marketingu a použitej metodiky zberu údajov. Ďalej som uviedla charakteristiku športovej agentúry a jej prostredia, ktorá zahŕňala mikroanalýzu, makroanalýzu a analýzy SWOT. Na základe marketingového výskumu a analýz som následne navrhla marketingovú stratégiu, ktorá by mala posilniť športovej agentúre existenciu na trhu, zvýšiť počet klientov, ich spokojnosť a zlepšiť marketingové komunikačné kanály. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | In diploma thesis I dealt with marketing strategy design in a sports agency. I defined the main principles of marketing theory and methodology used to collect data. I also characterized sports agency and its environment that included micro and macro analyses and SWOT analysis. Based on the marketing research and analysis I designed marketing strategy that should strengthen sports agency market position, increase number of customers, increase their satisfaction and improve marketing communication channels. | en |
