Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with design solutions with a feeder of charge with cooled vent for laboratory plasma furnace at VSB-TU Ostrava. The search section provides State of the art and possibilities of charge preparation for further processing. After specifying the input and processing requirement list was created functional structure and on this basis was created morphological matrix. Selected solution concept was developed in the gross building structure, followed by a clean building structure - 3D model. Attention was paid for the security feed of the charge under the burner, handling feeder, hermetic sealing of the system and design a safe cooled vent of feeder.
