Lineární motor pro pohon osy x

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem pohonu pro osu x brousícího stroje na žulovém základě – ložeti. V úvodu je provedena rešerše na aktuální stav techniky lineárních motorů. Následně jsou rozebrány možnosti aplikace zástavby do granitové konstrukce stroje. V práci jsou uvedeny potřebné výpočty působících sil na soustavu a na základě těchto výpočtů je zvolena velikost pohonu. Na zvolenou velikost jsou navrženy konstrukční díly, které jsou překontrolovány výpočty. Jako další byly provedeny návrhy odměřovacího systému, chlazení motorových částí, pevných dorazů a v poslední řadě i návrh plánu údržby.

Master thesis describes the design of the drive by linear motor for the x-axis of grinding machines on the granite - bed. Search on the current of state of art linear motors is performed in the introduction. Analysis of application possibilities in the granite buildings of the machine is done then. The thesis there are listed the necessary calculations of forces acting on the system, and on the basis of these calculations is the size of the selected drive. On the selected size motors are designed components that are checked by calculations. Like others in this work were made proposals measuring system, cooling products for motor parts, hard stops and the last number of the draft maintenance plan.
