Abstract
This work contains concept on the new technology of machining holes for heat transfer tubes. The first part of this work described manufactured cross wall, their material and problems of machining austenitic steels. The next part includes description of production of the cross wall, current technology of manufacturing holes and calculation costs for manufacturing these holes. Further work is dealing with concept of optimalization, jig and cutting tools for new technology. The last chapter contains choose optimal cutting tool with economic evaluation. The new technology was used in production and three sets of cross walls were maked by them.
