Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the durability of the glued joint and its testing. The samples were made from nylon-based polymer material PA 12 on a 3D printer using SLS technology. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the first part, a research on SLS technology, PA 12 material and glued joints are carried out. The PA 12 material is supplied in powder form, where it is then selectively sintered together in the printer using a powerful laser. Five commercially available adhesives suitable for bonding nylon or plastics were selected for testing. After bonding and curing, bond strength tests were performed using a tear test, then evaluated and conclusions drawn.
