Abstract
This thesis evaluates the performance of a company operating in the information technology using application of the Balanced Scorecard.
The theoretical part is dedicated to definition of basic terms related to measuring the performance of a company and describes in details Balanced Scorecard.
The practical part is focused on company characteristics and application of the Balanced Scorecard in the company.
The final section contains a summary of the findings that emerged from the analysis and recommended suggestions for improvement.
