Abstract
This thesis aims to find ways of optimum marketing communications for waterpark. Marketing research was conducted by a questionnaire survey. The purpose of the work is to define recommendations and suggestions, leading to more effective marketing communications of waterpark. At first was described waterpark Bohumín, its history, services and communication. The theoretical part includes evidence relating to marketing of services and marketing communications. The analytical part follows up with the research, the evaluation of the gathered data and proposals and recommendations that would streamline the marketing communication of waterpark and influence the current and potential customer in selecting a waterpark.
