Abstract
This Bachelor thesis deals with strength calculation and consequent optimization of a tipper semi-trailer frame NS136. Theoretical part presents an overview of the used tipping vehicles, their advantages and disadvantages. The goal of the practical part is to ensure, with the help of the finite element method, that the frame has adequate strength. After that is the weight of the frame reduced, to make cargo transportation with this tipper semi-trailer more effective.
