Abstract

In my diploma thesis I’ve designed new loader shovels intended to use with a NSU 1E – P1 machine’s telescopic arm. The introduction overviews legislative conditions. The theoretical part of this work describes different types of loader shovels, fast clamps and mining loaders. Then I’m describing each of the construction parts and a kinetic behaviour. The computation part checks hydraulics cylinders on the telescopic arm, a turning ability of the arm and selected construction parts. Extreme situations are computed by the finite element method.
