Analýza spokojenosti zákazníků s nabídkou sportovních služeb

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sportovně-rekreační areál Buly-Arénu, zájmové sdružení, Kravaře-Kouty, konkrétně na fitness centrum, bowling a veřejné bruslení. Cílem práce byla analýza spokojenosti zákazníků s nabídkou sportovních služeb, které je možné využít v rámci rekreačního sportování v tomto areálu. Tato práce obsahuje teoretické vymezení pojmů, týkajících se daného tématu. Dále obsahuje metody a techniky výzkumu, kterými bylo cíle práce dosaženo, konkrétně dotazníkové šetření a SWOT analýzu. V praktické části se objevuje metodika sběru dat, popis prostředí, ve kterém se sportovně-rekreační areál nachází, marketingový mix a samotný výzkum. Následným vyhodnocením výzkumu jsem upozornila na ty aspekty, s nimiž jsou zákazníci, byť v minimální míře, nespokojeni a pokusila jsem se navrhnout možná řešení, jakým způsobem tyto případné nedostatky odstranit, aby výsledkem byla spokojenost, ba dokonce nadšenost většiny, případně všech zákazníků vybraných služeb tohoto areálu.

The bachelor thesis is focused on sports-recreational complex Buly-Arena, the interest association, situated in Kravare-Kouty. Special attention was focused on fitness center, bowling and public skating. The purpose of the work was the analysis of customer satisfaction with the offer of sports services, which can be used for recreational sports in this particular sports complex. This work contains the theoretical definitions of terms related to this topic. Further, the work contains methods and research techniques, specially questionnaires and SWOT analysis, which were used for the achieving objectives of this work. The practical part of the work contains methodology of data collection, description of the sports-recreational complex environment, marketing mix and the research itself. Following my evaluation of the data collected, I drew attention to those aspects, with which the customers are dissatisfied and have also attempted to propose possible resolutions how to remove these deficiencies in order to achieve satisfaction, and possibly enthusiasm, of most or all clients of the selected services in this particular sports complex.
