Racionalizace výroby u vybraného výrobního sortimentu

Abstract

The thesis deals by a rationalization of the process for the selected assortment during its processing. Rationalization is focused primary to technical solutions and organizational conditions for the implementation work on the selected assortment. These include major efforts to minimizing production time and increasing of the product´s annual volume to meet customer´s needs. The project includes a brief introduction to the organization where the matters were solved. As other, there are solved the problems arised during working in technical conditions and parameters, especially in time conditions.
