Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of two methods - RPS and Best-Fit on a mobile laser Scanner - HandySCAN 3D Black Elite. General information is described at the beginning of the work on geometric tolerances and geometric product specifications. The main part is devoted to an overview of the current state of 3D scanners, their distribution according to the method of scanning the surface of the measured part. There are also selected types of laser scanners, including their measurement principle. The following chapter describes the individual component setting methods. The fifth chapter contains the experimental part. The experimental part is devoted to the comparison of RPS and Best-fit methods in scanning. The difference in shapes and dimensional accuracy is pointed out on these methods. The chapter is divided into two main parts. The first part describes the procedure of scanning the specified part into digital form. The second part deals with the evaluation of measured deviations of shape and dimensional deviations, including statistical evaluation. At the end of the work is a technical - economic evaluation of the laser scanner when scanning a given part.
