Abstract

This diploma work deals with the problems of management, Let´s say with its part which is called in speciál literature as leadership. The work characterizes leadership as an affective style of directing an organization not as a whole, but only as its part, as one of its most importantfunctions of a manager which consists in his ability to konvice other people of the correctness of tracen out visions and his ability to motivate them for completing objectives of the organization. The Empirical part of this diploma work was aimed at the exploration of the asserted styles of leadership by the managers. The research part of this work was concentrated on comparision the managerial styles in the commercial and Mega company ltd.
