Multifunkční dětská houpačka

Abstract

Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout a vypočítat dětskou multifunkční houpačku. V první části jsem provedla výzkum trhu a podle současných houpaček jsem si vytvořila návrh mé houpačky. Celá konstrukce je svařovaná. Houpačka je zkonstruována pro pět dětí do 30 kg. Ve výpočtové části jsem se věnovala návrhu a pevnostnímu výpočtu čepů, kontrole stojiny na ohyb a vzpěr a pevnostní analýze MKP. Všechny části vyhovují a pevnostní analýzy MKP nám ukázala, že konstrukce je skoro tuhá. Na závěr jsem vypracovala výkres sestavy a výrpbní výkres stojiny.

The aim of my bachelor thesis was to design and calculate a children's multifunctional swing. In the first part, I conducted market research and based on the current swings, I created a design for my swing. The whole structure is welded. The swing is designed for five children up to 30 kg. In the calculation part, I focused on the design and strength calculation of pins, inspection of the web for bending and struts and strength analysis of FEM. All parts meet and the strength analysis of the FEM showed us that the structure is almost rigid. Finally, I prepared a drawing of the assembly and a production drawing of the web.
