Návrh hydraulického systému pro ovládání naváděcích pravítek navíječky

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a hydraulic system for controlling the guide bars of a winder for rolled steel coils. In the beginning of the thesis a brief search of steel production, which is followed by a description of the production of steel coils. Based on the assigned problem, which is described in the next point, three possible solutions are proposed and their pros and cons are compared. The most suitable variant is selected and calculations for the design of the hydraulic system, including accessories, are performed on its basis. A hydraulic scheme and specifications of the used elements are elaborated for this variant, which can be found in the appendix to this work. At the end of the thesis chapters focused on controlling design and designing of lubrication system are placed.
