Abstract

This thesis is focused on proposal and realization of device for measuring the position of rotating shaft with using resolver and incremental rotary coder (IRC). The device should be used for school laboratory measuring because it enables to easily demonstrate function of the above-mentioned position sensors and measure characteristic waveforms using oscilloscope. The device is assembled from usual analog and logic integrated circuits, microcontrollers (MCU) Atmel AVR series are used for controlling and computations. The device doesn’t need other instruments (power supplies, signal generators etc.) for its correct function.
