Návrh a optimalizace výroby nástroje pro výrobu specifického vnitřního ozubení

Abstract

This Bachelor Thesis deals with the design and production of tools. The main goal of this work is to design a tool for internal spiral gearing, to design the technological process of tool production and to optimize production. The work contains four main parts. The first part is a research and deals with the issue of design and production of tools. This part is focused on individual parts of the tool construction and the possibilities of its production. The second part is the design ad technological process of a slotting tool. In the third part, the tools are optimized, conceived in terms of construction also it contains design body tool for a tipped tool and created technological procedure. The last part contains technical and economic evaluation, in which both types of tools are compared.
