Porovnání profilových a plošných parametrů povrchu materiálu vytvořeného technologií frézovaní

Abstract

Bachelor´s thesis compares profile and surface roughness parameters of material, manufactured by milling. Preface of this thesis contains a description of the current state of metrology and surface measurement. Theoretical part of the thesis describes milling technology and its influence on final quality of surface. In addition, contact and non contact topography measurement methods, terms and definitions of profile and surface parameters are described according to valid standards. Practical part contains evaluation and comparison of profile and surface roughness parameters. Surface analysis, based on surface parameters, presents significant progress in surface texture evaluation.
