Zvedení nové technologie výroby hydraulické součásti

Abstract

This thesis deals with a complete suggestion of hydraulic component construction. Based on user´s requirement of a series construction, a progressive processing equipment was chosen to provide the series production. Due to the possibilities of used machine, there were used jigs which a technological method was designed on. Another tools and special tools having beneficial effect on the series construction were designed as well. Modern software utilization provides trouble-free introduction of technological suggestion to manufacturing process. After new technology suggestion there was done a construction of checking series that was approved by a client. Technical-economical evaluation deals with a project profit. Finally, the technology of hydraulic component construction is successfully introduced to a production with a minimal earnings of 1,914,000 CZK.
