Šnekový dopravník pro dopravu hnědouhelného prachu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem šnekového dopravníku pro dopravu hnědouhelného prášku ze zásobníku do fluidního kotle. Úvod práce je věnován základnímu rozdělení a popisu šnekových dopravníků se zaměřením na dopravu hnědouhelného prášku. Následuje stručné seznámení s ostatními částmi technologického uzlu, kterého je dopravník součástí. Dále následují kapacitní výpočty včetně návrhu pohonu dopravníku. Následující část obsahuje pevnostní výpočty a kontroly navržených částí. V závěru je stručně popsána zvolená konstrukce navrženého dopravníku. Součástí práce je výkresová dokumentace obsahující sestavný výkres šnekového dopravníku, sestavný výkres poháněcí stanice a výkres koncepčního návrhu technologického uzlu.

This thesis deals with design of a screw conveyor for the transport of coal powder from the container to the fluidized bed boiler. In the introduction, basic classification and description of the focusing screw conveyors has been carried out. A brief introduction to other parts of the technology system, which is part of the conveyor has been enclosed in the thesis. Calculations including the capacity to design the conveyor have been attached in the thesis. The following chapter consists a stress analysis and control of the proposed sections. In conclusion, design of the selected conveyor is briefly described. Part of thesis is drawings containing the plan of the screw conveyor, the plan of driving station and drawing conceptual design technology system.
