Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis „The Establishment of the New Company“ is the creation of a business plan of a person that will carry on business with a trade licence. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of current legal conditions of business, the choice of legal forms and the theorethical part of business plan. The practical part deals with the processing of the given business plan of plumbing and heating engineering service. The structure has been defined in theoretical part. The example of a reconstruction of a bathroom is the component of the thesis.
