Abstract
Bachelor thesis entitled
“Marketing research of customers’ satisfaction with services of OT Co.” deals with issues of marketing research of certain company, in my case Ostrava Transit Co.
In the first part, the marketing research is described as a whole, followed by structuring the information of the market, where you can find out how is the marketing market divided and what kinds of research are there. The last chapter in the theoretical part contains methods of gathering information as the query method and the observation method. The practical part of the thesis shows satisfaction or non-satisfaction of the passengers. We will find out where to the respondents travel the most, how many connections they use or which ticket type they purchase.
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to collect, analyze and evaluate the information from the queried persons and to subsequently create a concept of suggestions and recommendations that would help to develop or improve the services of the company.
