Marketingový výzkum spokojenosti zákazníků se službami DPMO

Abstract

Bakalářská práce s názvem „Marketingový výzkum spokojenosti zákazníků se službami DPO“ se věnuje problematice marketingového výzkumu zvoleného podniku, v mém případě Dopravního podniku Ostrava. V první části je popsán marketingový výzkum jako celek, dále následuje členění informací trhu, kde se můžete dočíst, jak se marketingový trh dělí a jaké jsou druhy výzkumu. Poslední kapitolou teoretické části jsou metody získávání informací, jako je metoda dotazovací a metoda pozorovací. Praktická část práce nám nabídne spokojenost či nespokojenost cestujících. Zjistíme, kam respondenti nejčastěji cestují, kolik využívají spojů, či jaký druh jízdenky si pořizují. Cílem bakalářské práce je nasbírat, analyzovat a vyhodnotit informace, od dotazovaných lidí a následně vytvořit koncept návrhů a doporučení, která by pomohla rozvinout, či zlepšit služby podniku.

Bachelor thesis entitled “Marketing research of customers’ satisfaction with services of OT Co.” deals with issues of marketing research of certain company, in my case Ostrava Transit Co. In the first part, the marketing research is described as a whole, followed by structuring the information of the market, where you can find out how is the marketing market divided and what kinds of research are there. The last chapter in the theoretical part contains methods of gathering information as the query method and the observation method. The practical part of the thesis shows satisfaction or non-satisfaction of the passengers. We will find out where to the respondents travel the most, how many connections they use or which ticket type they purchase. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to collect, analyze and evaluate the information from the queried persons and to subsequently create a concept of suggestions and recommendations that would help to develop or improve the services of the company.
