Personální vzdělávání a rozvoj pracovníků v Celní správě České republiky

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce „Personální vzdělávání a rozvoj pracovníků v Celní správě České republiky“ je problematika vzdělávání pracovníků této organizace. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit spokojenost pracovníků organizace se stávajícím systémem vzdělávání, zda jim tento poskytuje dostatečný prostor pro jejich další profesní rozvoj a současně ověření hypotézy o nedostatečné informovanosti pracovníků v případě nasazování nových nebo modifikovaných stávajících vybraných softwarových aplikací a obecném povědomí o e-learningu. První část práce se věnuje teoretickým východiskům spojeným s pojmem vzdělávání v odborné literatuře. Čtenář je zde seznámen se základními pojmy, jako je pojem učení, program, metody, atd. a jejich vzájemné provázanosti. Následná část popisuje samotnou organizaci, systém profesní přípravy v Celní správě České republiky. Další části, stanovují cíle výzkumu., objasňují výzkumné otázky, zdůvodňují zvolené metody výzkumu a techniky sběru dat a to včetně analýzy dokumentů a dat z dotazníkového šetření. Výsledkem jsou vlastní návrhy a doporučení, které by dle mého názoru byly pro organizaci přínosem.

The theme of my thesis „Personal education and advancement of the Czech Customs Administration staff“ deals with problems of education processes for employees of this organisation. The aim of the thesis is to survey acceptance of the current system of education among the employees, verify whether it provides sufficient space for their further career growth and also review supposition of inadequate foreknowledge of the staff in cases of implementing of new specific software applications or modifying of the current ones and general awareness of e-learning. The first part of the thesis focuses on theoretical outcomes linked to the term of education in literature. Basic terms such as learning, program, methods, etc. and their interconnections are presented there. Another part describes the organisation itself, the system of career building in the Czech Customs Administration. The aims of the study, clarification of study queries, substantiation of the chosen research methods and technology of data collection including analysis of documents and data from the questionnaire survey are presented in other parts. The outcomes are formed of my own proposals and recommendations that in my opinion could represent benefits for the organisation.
