Návrh systému řízení dopravního podniku s využitím ITS

Abstract

In my thesis I focus on the appropriate implementation of management system using ITS in the middle sized transportation company which is technically equipped according the requirements of the European Union. The opening part of my thesis describes the activity of the company Veolia Transport Morava a.s. and it analyses the current situation in the management system. Then I mention basic terms and concepts related to the transportation company management system in general, and also the consequent use of the latest knowledge in this area, gaining the maximum effect on the system environnement operating in Veolia Transport Morava a.s. The company Veolia Transport Morava a.s. has been selected for me due to its long term experience in operating road transportation. Based on the analysis results I aim to propose a solution that should positively influence passengers ticketing using modern tools. Then I shall propose a management model through which the digitalization, circulation, and archiving of documents electronically (work-flow) should be achieved. Based on the analysis of currently used IS, I aim to implement my proposals using the suitable software modules so that the overall improvement in quality and effectivity of management system in this company are reached.
