Odolnost materiálů ze slinutého karbidu vůči tepelným rázům indukovaným řezným procesem

Abstract

This master thesis deals with the dependence of the number and lengths of cracks on the cobalt content in the sample. The investigated samples are made of cemented carbide based on WC-Co. Firstly we discussed the basics of cemented carbides and coatings, and then the foundations of thermal and mechanical shock. In the experimental part and the evaluation of the thesis deals with the fact that the samples will be most suitable for the production of cutting inserts of cemented carbide.
