Návrh optimalizace skladování hotových výrobků

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem optimalizace skladování hotových výrobků. V první části práce se věnuji obecné charakteristice problematiky. Je zde uvedena teorie logistiky její historie, skladování a teorie zásob. Ve druhé části je provedena analýza procesu skladování a jeho návaznosti, součástí analýzy je rovněž pracovní snímek skladníků pro identifikaci ztrátových časů a také analýza expedice ve vztahu k odběrateli pro stanovení oblastí s nejvyšším obratem. Na základě vyhodnocení analýz je navrženo nové rozložení skladu hotových výrobků a jsou vytvořena expediční okna. V závěru jsou poté shrnuty přínosy navrhovaných změn.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the optimization of the storage of finished products. In the first part of the work, I deal with the general characteristics of the issue. The theory of logistics is presented here, its history, storage and inventory theory. In the second part, an analysis of the warehousing process and its follow-up is carried out, part of the analysis also includes a working snapshot of warehouse workers to identify lost time, as well as an analysis of the shipment in relation to the customer to determine the areas with the highest turnover. Based on the evaluation of the analyzes a new layout of the warehouse of finished products is proposed and shipping windows are created. The benefits of the proposed changes are then summarized in the conclusion.
