Abstract

The thesis is focused on finding the key performance indicators of company as determined by David Parmenter (2008), which builds on the Balanced Scorecard. Theoretical bases contain basic information and explanation of commonly used terms, which are in this case, performance, performance indicators and performance measurement methods. The practical part is processed in an enterprise engaged in the manufacture of wooden buildings - houses on a turnkey basis. Aim is proposing the key performance indicators for evaluation of the construction company. In addition to key performance indicators to be further outlined the key result indicators. For both types of indicators should then be recommended, by whom, and how often these measures to identify and publish the results or how the values of these indicators to measure and how to present it.
