Stavební míchačka pro 180 l směsi

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem stavební míchačky pro 180 l směsi. V první části bakalářské práci je zpracován přehled malých stavebních míchaček na trhu. Dále jsou řešeny základní návrhové a kontrolní výpočty pohonu stroje. Výpočty jsou zaměřeny na návrh řemenového převodu, čelního soukolí s přímými vnitřními zuby, zatížení hřídele, průběh natočení a průhyb hřídele a bezpečnost hřídele. V příloze B je uvedena pevnostní analýza rámu míchačky, řešena pomocí software Ansys 14.0. K bakalářské práci je doložen sestavný výkres stavební míchačky a výrobní výkres hřídele.

Bachelor thesis deals with the design of construction agitators for 180 l of the mixture. In the first part of the bachelor's degree work is processed an overview of small building mixtures on the market. The are also addressed basic design and control calculations of propulsion machinery. The calculations are focused on the design of belt drive, the front wheels, with direct internal teeth, the load of the shaft, the progress of the rotation and the deflection of the shaft and shaft safety. The annex B is given strength analysis ram mixer, solved by software Anysys 14.0. Bachelor thesis is evidenced by the assembly construction drawing and manufacturing drawing of a shaft.
