Abstract
This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the chosen regional labor markets of the Czech Republic in the period from January 2005 to December 2019 using the Beveridge Curve, which graphically depicts the development of the share of unemployed people and the vacancy rate. The regions evaluated in the thesis are namely: Prague, the Central Bohemian Region, the Karlovy Vary Region, the Zlín Region and the Moravian-Silesian Region. The thesis is divided into three main chapters – theoretical, descriptive and practical one. In the first, theoretical part, the thesis deals with theoretical basis of labor market and in the second one, it deals with the description or the regional labor markets using the chosen economic indicators and quantities. The practical part contains the analysis of the chosen regional labor markets using the concept of the Beveridge Curve which, together with the suggestion of measures, comprises the outcome of the entire thesis.
