Zhodnocení regionálních trhů práce v České republice pomocí Beveridgeovy křivky

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu vybraných regionálních trhů práce České republiky, v období od ledna 2005 do prosince 2019 pomocí Beveridgeovy křivky, jež graficky znázorňuje vývoj podílu nezaměstnaných osob a míry volných pracovních míst. Konkrétně jsou v této práci zhodnoceny: kraj hlavního města Prahy, Středočeský kraj, Karlovarský kraji, Zlínský kraj a Moravskoslezský kraj. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol – teoretické, popisné a jedné praktické. V první teoretické části se práce věnuje teoretickým východiskům trhu práce, v druhé se pak práce zabývá popisem regionálních trhů práce a to za pomocí vybraných ekonomických indikátorů a veličin. Praktická část této práce se věnuje analýze vybraných regionálních trhů práce za pomocí konceptu Bevereidgeovy křivky a tvoří spolu s návrhem opatření výstup celé bakalářské práce.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the chosen regional labor markets of the Czech Republic in the period from January 2005 to December 2019 using the Beveridge Curve, which graphically depicts the development of the share of unemployed people and the vacancy rate. The regions evaluated in the thesis are namely: Prague, the Central Bohemian Region, the Karlovy Vary Region, the Zlín Region and the Moravian-Silesian Region. The thesis is divided into three main chapters – theoretical, descriptive and practical one. In the first, theoretical part, the thesis deals with theoretical basis of labor market and in the second one, it deals with the description or the regional labor markets using the chosen economic indicators and quantities. The practical part contains the analysis of the chosen regional labor markets using the concept of the Beveridge Curve which, together with the suggestion of measures, comprises the outcome of the entire thesis.
