Návrh a optimalizace hydrogenerátoru uzavřeného hydraulického obvodu míchače

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of closed circuits in hydraulics. The introduction describes the difference between open and closed circuit and the difference in the use of these types of circuits. Based on this issue, an analysis of the current state of the mixer circuit is performed, including technical calculations and experimental circuit measurement. According to these calculations and measurement, a new circuit with a Bosch Rexroth A4VG hydrogenerator and a new cooler is designed. It is further demonstrated another possible solution with the Bosch Rexroth A4VSG hydrogenerator and the Bosch Rexroth Hagglunds CA hydraulic motor. These elements of the hydraulic circuits are specified in the technical documentation. At the end of the work, individual solutions and results are compared.
