Vliv precipitačního vytvrzení odlitku na jeho obrobitelnost

Abstract

This diploma thesis was realised in Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc s.r.o. company. Thesis deals with looking for dependence in the influence of precipitation hardening of the casting material for its machinability. In the introduction are described results from previous experiments, which has been done. Then precipitation hardening and sample tool. Several drills has been chosen used in Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc s.r.o and they were tested into two samples. One precipitation hardened and the other one undercured. Samples of experiment were sent in to the laboratory and its results are described in the last chapter.
