Licí forma

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá licí formou z grafitu pro lití titanových slitin. Součástí je teoretický úvod, rešerše materiálů a použité technologie, pomocí které je materiál odléván. V práci je řešen tepelný prostup formou, pevnostní analýza a dimenzování formy, spolu s jejím konstrukčním řešením. Byl vytvořen model 3D a provedeny simulace pomocí MKP analýzy.

Bachelors thesis deals with casting mold of graphite for casting titanium alloys. As a part of this bachelors thesis is a theory part, which deals with research materials and used technology, by which the material is casting. The bachelors thesis will deal with in the thermal transmittance of form, stress analysis and design of forms, along with her design solution. 3D model was created and performed simulations using FEM analysis.
