Zkušební zařízení životnosti sportovního nářadí

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a single-purpose machine intended for conducting comparative service life tests of jump ropes. The thesis is developed based on the initial conditions specified in the assignment. In the introduction, the issue of the investigated wear points is presented, and an evaluation of current solutions available on the market is provided. Subsequently, the design and testing of a functional prototype are described. The final solution and its individual components are then detailed. In the penultimate part of the thesis, strength calculations of the final version are performed, a belt drive is designed, and a finite element analysis (FEA) of one component is carried out. The appendix contains the assembly drawing of the complete machine and the fabrication drawing of the weldment sleeve. The thesis concludes with a comprehensive evaluation of the whole thesis.
