Ověření metod výběru optimálního pojistného produktu na bázi multikriteriálního rozhodování

Abstract

The theme of this thesis is to confirm methods for selection of optimal insured product based on multicriteria decision-making. The aim of this thesis was to characterize the multicriterial decision-making process, describe the methods of determining weights of criteria, methods used in multicriterial decision-making and confirm validity of selected methods on the example of household insurance for selected insurers. The work was divided into a theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the theory of decision making, characteristic methods of determining weights of criteria and a description of the methodology of multi-criteria evaluation of alternatives. In the practical part it was selected methodologies procedure verified on the selected products, household insurance, and also was done evaluation of achieved results and confirming methods.
