Racionalizace výroby dílu navíjecího pořadače

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the rationalization of the production of part of winding-up unit. In the introduction the selected component and its function is described. Then the basic types of aluminium alloys, their processing, and the aluminium alloy from which the selected component is made are introduced in detail. The current production method is then described in detail. Subsequently, a new production method is proposed, which involves changing the machine, changing the type of clamping, and choosing a different machining strategy. A sketch of the component, measurement reports and a summary of the tooling and production data used for both technologies are given in the appendices of the thesis. Finally, the proposed technology was compared with the existing one in terms of time and economics.
