Abstract

The Master thesis deals with the design of plasma torch with a dependent arc and hollow cathode, allowing the use of three types of charge – rod, wire, grain, using three types of feeders. In the construction design was used methodical process and working experience with full cathode torch. The design was used for FEM analysis of thermal and stress analysis of cathode stack and charge stand.
