Analýza měření odchylky kruhovitosti na optickém měřicím zařízení

Abstract

Master thesis deals with measuring the roundness deviations at the optical measuring devices and devices for measuring for contact method. In introduction is topic of the measuring principle of optical and contact measuring devices and describes the types of sensors used in all devices. In the experimental part, all roundness deviations measured values were compared, statistically and graphically processed. On base of measurements and following evaluations were found, that the optical devices are able for smaller measured roundness deviation with comparing of the deviations for contact device.
