Abstract

Diploma Thesis solves a new corporate guideline that delegate some activity within Appearance Approval Process to the Supplier. During formation of Guideline, they were established some of supported documents such as Evaluation of Appearance Defects and Catalogue of Appearance Defects. The Catalogue concerns data of visual defects across corporate products portfolio. Defects are sorted by material production process flow. The Catalogue is to be inform not about defects formation only, but also inform about all technological processes and a subsequent corrective action of abnormality. In conclusion of the Thesis is drawn up a time plan by CPM and described its own finance benefit and overall assessment of that.
