Strategická analýza vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce s názvem „Strategická analýza vybraného podniku“ je provést strategickou analýzu vybrané společnosti a navrhnout strategie, které by byly pro danou společnost vhodné do budoucna. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje konkrétní postup, jak vyhodnotit externí a interní faktory, která na společnost působí. V praktické části jsou aplikovány metody určené pro strategickou analýzu. Výsledky analýzy jsou shrnuty ve SWOT analýze, která slouží jako podklad pro konkrétní doporučení společnosti.

The subject of the diploma thesis called „Strategic analysis of the Selected Company“ is to make an strategic analysis of the selected company and suggest strategies, which could be suitable for the company in the future. The thesis is divided to theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical part describes the specific process of evaluation of external and internal factors that affect a company. In the practical part are applied the methods for strategic analysis. The results of the analysis are summarized in the SWOT analysis, which is used as a basis for specific strategic recommendation for the company.
