Návrh pomocného pohonu z převodové skříně nákladního automobilu

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je návrh pomocného pohonu, pomocí kterého je poháněno zařízení umístěné na nástavbě nákladního automobilu. Podle zadaných parametrů jsou provedeny pevnostní výpočty hřídelů, výpočty životnosti ložisek, MKP analýza spojovací objímky, rozbor řazení a popis mazání ložisek. Na konec byla vypracována výkresová dokumentace.

The aim of the thesis is a design of a booster driver, through which is driven the extension device of a truck. In accordance with the specified parameters are made: strength calculations of shafts, calculations of bearings life, FEM analysis of the coupling sleeve, analysis of the gear changing and description of lubrication of bearings. And last the drawing was made.
