Abstract

The bachelor thesis is dealing with distribution issues in automotive industry. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to optimize counterweight distribution. In terms of conclusion for given issue was elaborated comparision of means of counterweight distribution. In the theoretical part of my thesis, I deal with the basic concepts, which are used in the thesis. The practical part consists of details about company, the locations where distribution takes place, the best candidates for a new VAN and usage of distribution company for transporting goods.
