Abstract

The main purpose of this bachelor thesis is complex predictive and proactive maintenance of machines Doosan DNM 500, especially a control of technical condition of spindle bearings by vibrodiagnostic measurement, in company Česká Zbrojovka a.s. Uherský Brod. In the introduction I have mentioned information about systems, management, and planning of maintenance in the company. The next chapter contains technical diagnostics of machines, methods of technical diagnostics and the latest trends. Furthermore, I introduce the machines Doosan DNM 500, especially the spindles and its measurement. The evaluation and analysis of measured values are summarized in the next part of the thesis and finally I have described and compared a new technical design of solution to the current one.
