Racionalizace systému řízení údržby

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou systému řízení údržby a jeho racionalizace ve společnosti ČESKÁ POŠTA, s.p. a to v provozu třídícího centra Ostrava 02. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout řešení zefektivnění procesů údržby. Teoretická část představuje důležité aspekty systému údržby, metody totálně produktivní údržby a částečně také totálně integrované údržby. Analytická část popisuje současný stav systému řízení údržby. Následuje návrh řešení, jehož obsahem je charakteristika informačního systému pro řízení údržby a zavedení totálně produktivní údržby na pilotním zařízení. Diplomová práce končí zhodnocením uvedeného řešení.

The master thesis concerns with the Rationalization of the Maintenance Management System in the company Ceska Posta s.p. in the management of the sorting centre Ostrava 02. The mail goal was creating the proposal solution for the increasing efficiency of the maintenance processes. The theoretic part includes the important aspects of system maintenance, the method of totally product maintenance and also partially the method of totally integrated maintenance. The analytic part describes the current state of the Maintenance Management System. Then follows the proposal solution; what includes the information system characteristic for the Maintenance Management System and the establishing of total product maintenance for the pilot device. The master thesis ends by the appraisal of mentioned solution.
