Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčně technologickou standardizací návrhu vstřikovacích forem pro vstřikování plastů. Práce je zpracována v podmínkách podniku Ronas. Práce je členěna do 6 -ti kapitol, které se zaměřují na teoretický rozbor konstrukčně technologické standardizace, rozbor současného stavu v podniku Ronas, návrhy na zlepšení konstrukčně technologické standardizace návrhu vstřikovacích forem, výběrem vhodného představitele vstřikovací formy, ekonomickým rozborem řešení zlepšení konstrukčně technologické standardizace a celkovým zhodnocením přínosu diplomové práce.

Graduation deal with a constructional technological standardization of proposal injection mold for injection plastics. The work is processed in conditions company Ronas. The work is articulate to the 6-the capitol, which be focusing on theoretic analysis the constructional technological standardization, analysis the present state in the company Ronas, improvement suggestion the constructional technological standardization of proposal injection mold, by selection an acceptable representative injection mold, an economic analysis solving improvement the constructional technological standardization and a general upward revaluation contribution of the Graduation work.

The present condition analysis and proposal for improving of the design technology standardization have been made in the first part of the thesis. A proposal analysis including evaluation of the benefits for the company Ronas Ltd. was performed on a selected representative in the second part of the thesis.
